2Account Registration

3Account Security

You are fully responsible for the security of your account. 23 bet recommends that you follow the guidelines below:

• Use a strong password (a combination of uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and special characters).
• Never share your login credentials with anyone — not even friends or family
• Avoid logging in over public Wi-Fi
• Always log out after using an unfamiliar device.
• Report any suspicious activity to support immediately

You are responsible for all activity carried out using your login credentials. 23 bet will never ask for your password or payment PIN — anyone requesting this information is attempting to defraud you.

4Deposit Policy

The following rules apply when making a deposit at 23 bet:

• If a match is cancelled or abandoned, bets are generally voided and stakes are returned.

7Bonus Terms & Conditions

The following general terms apply to all bonus offers on 23 bet:

• A new bonus cannot be claimed while an active bonus is already in use.
• If the wagering requirements are not met before the bonus expires, the bonus will be automatically forfeited.
• Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly — it may only be used for betting.
• Bonuses may only be used on the specific games or categories stated in the bonus terms.
• A separate wagering multiplier applies to each bonus

How wagering is calculated: Bonus amount × wagering multiplier = total amount required to be wagered. Example: ৳1,000 bonus × x8 = ৳8,000 must be wagered.

23 bet reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time. If bonus abuse is suspected, 23 bet may place the bonus and any associated winnings on hold until the investigation is complete.

8Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 23 bet and will result in permanent account closure:

• Using auto-bet bots or any automated software
• Abusing the bonus system (claiming bonuses through multiple accounts)
• Placing bets on match-fixing or suspicious outcomes
• Money laundering or depositing funds from illegal sources
• Using or attempting to hack into another person's account.
• Submitting fake payment proof or forged documents
• Threatening or harassing 23 bet staff.
• Accessing the platform from a restricted region using a VPN or proxy.

9Responsible Gaming

• Any loss resulting from sharing your login credentials with others
